A Story Written in Salt and Stone

Where São Roque’s cliffs meet ocean foam,

We built a sea house carved from home.

Three traditional fishermen’s shelters, once worn by time,

Now hold the echoes of a brine-kissed rhyme.

Here, whalers launched through morning mist,

Chasing giants with oars and fists.

The harpoon sleeps, the silence reigns,

But still the sea runs through our veins.

At dawn, the eastern sun will rise,

To paint the sea with golden skies.

Step outside — the ocean’s near,

You can dive from shore, the water’s clear.

And just beyond, a path begins,

Where Avenida do Mar gently winds.

Walk to the village, slow and free,

With basalt pools and memory.

A space for four with calm embraced,

Where sea and stone have found their place.

A sailor’s dream, both still and bright,

A home reborn in morning light.
